Hotel Operations & Western Cuisine Skills Competition 2024

This competitive is an annual event jointly organised by our two ApL courses. The current edition themed with ‘Summer Breeze’, our students utilised the knowledge they have acquired, showcased their skills and creativity to provide professional services and prepare dishes & desserts to compete with other teams.
At the same time, we express our gratitude to the guests from the Education Bureau, the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, school guests, as well as the four hotel and food industry representatives who served as judges for the competition. Together, we witness and commend the efforts of the students!
